I.e., Is Gluroo up?
[2024-11-15 5:52PM GMT] Abbott Diabetes Care made a maintenance release to some of their LibreLinkUp servers early morning US/PST today which caused the Libre CGM fetching approach that Gluroo uses to begin to fail for a small percentage of users. It would likely have soon impacted a larger percentage of users. This change by ADC also impacted other apps that also provide you your CGM data, upon your explicit request, via the unofficial Libre API.
As of 9:40AM PST / 5:40PM GMT, we believe we’ve addressed the issue. You should not need to do anything, but as always, your first troubleshooting step should be to tap “Restart” under Menu > Devices > LibreLinkUp.
We appreciate our partners at Abbott Diabetes Care and are grateful for their continuing improvements to their LibreLinkUp service.
[Some RU users might still be experiencing issues. We are expecting to make a release in the next few hours that will resolve it for them too.][2024-11-15 5:43PM GMT] We have identified the issue and put out a fix. It should be working for users now. You might need to remove and re-add your LibreLinkUp credentials if the fetcher does not restart automatically for you.[2024-11-15 5:09PM GMT] We are aware of an issue with LibreLinkUp fetching that is affecting some users in Germany and other areas. We are actively investigating the issue.
